About Us
Keith J. Moten is an attorney specializing in probate, trust litigation, estate planning and real estate litigation. A native of Los Angeles, Keith obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley before returning home to Los Angeles to attend law school at Southwestern University School of Law.
Mr. Moten has practiced exclusively in the areas of probate and trust law his entire career as an attorney, and is familiar with the intricacies of the probate and trust administration process, including living trusts, wills, powers of attorney and the resolution of disputes thereof. Because of his familiarity with the field, Mr. Moten is able to provide effective counsel to trustees, administrators, creditors, beneficiaries, and other interested parties involved in the probate and trust process.
Mr. Moten is a Member of the Trusts and Estates Section and the Real Estate Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and has met all applicable continuing legal education requirements for the State Bar of California, particularly in the fields of probate law and real estate. |
